Owner of a Baofeng UV-6B :: Baofeng UV-6 Cloning Problem
So I spent a lot of time determining how I can use my USB clone cables.

I've
tried three cables now with my UV6B, all do the same thing. When I try
to download from the radio they just cause it to reset. The "official"
software works, but it seems like the radio is transmitting when I
program it (speakers nearby make noises, the radio gets pretty hot, etc)
Do I just have a bad radio, or am I doing something wrong. I've Googled and I don't see anyone else complaining about CHIRP causing reboots.
